We were in Marseille for 3 days, had very nice stay, the hotel was fairly clean with excellent location in Old Town which is totally pedestrianised-hence unapproachable by taxi etc. Thanks to the accommodating staff everything was great, including a wide array of brilliant food

Friendly and helpful staff, and a central location close to metro, tram, shopping and the port
Not a massive amount of space in the bed room. Was a little tight with two large suit cases.

Location is excellent in a safe area on the main shopping street with access to all the major sights in the city.
Towels weren't changed even though requested by placing them in the bath. Shower gel was not replaced and ran out on our second day.

Situated right in the heart of Marseille, comfortable place ideal for exploring the old port town and places like Cassis and Bandol. Close to cafes and restaurants and all the small supermarkets. The staff are very nice and will assist with e/q regarding directions bus boat timetables etc ... Thanks Pascal ! Our room was double glazed so very quiet and there is a small lift to save from climbing the staircase. Overall I would recommend to fellow travellers and would stay again should I come back to Marseille.

This hotel is excellent value for money, offering clean rooms, daily towel changes, and well-protected windows from street noise. Its location on a pedestrian street near a number of large department stores in the main shopping area and not far from the port is perfect.
All was alright, I couldn't ask for more.
